How to Wear the Eyelet Trend

New style I'm loving, Eyelet details.

I'm not too sure how to describe why I like this little trend, it's just different. I love wearing jeans and I always feel a bit weird in Summer when I can't wear them, even though it's breezy enough to wears pants, it's still too hot. Maybe I should punch eyelets into more of my denim pieces.

Eyelet details can give a look that extra accessory to work with without being too bold or taking over the outfit. The rounded silver hardware brings the choice of other rounded accessories to match, for this look I chose a Western rounded belt buckle and a Colette bag with circular handles .

I've seen rounded hardware become quite popular recently, especially with the Faye Chloe Bag, the iconic Gucci Belt, J.W. Anderson bag and Dorateymur shoes. They each have silver (or gold!) round detailing as an accessory and extension of the bag or shoes themselves. 

Here's a super casual look I wore out during the week, I can't wait to start experimenting with these jeans and working them with different looks. I think they're going to be a pretty versatile addition to my wardrobe this year!
