Jonte AW Galvanised Launch
On the night of Thursday 21st of April, The Studio prepared backstage for Jonte's first ever solo show, the Galvanised AW collection.
Hair was braided, wigs were brushed, extra long nails were glued and Jonte's designs were brought to life. Guests arrived around 7pm for champagne before the industrial style show began, weaving through the carpark and into the concrete building. The girls walked down the concrete runway, showing off Jonte's gunmetal details of sequinned shoulders and shirts, angled pleats, hints of metallic fabric and embroidered sheer bodysuits. Jonte's collection created a futuristic vibe, paired with the wigs and make-up by The Makeup Factory Cosmetics - the girls looked like beautiful industrial martians.
