Autumn Styling with Somedays Lovin' and Paint It Red
Over the last fortnight I've been styling Autumn inspired outfits with my two most favourite brands, Paint It Red and Somedays Lovin'.
I especially love these two brands, I can wear their pieces throughout the whole year - just styled differntly depending on the weather. The first outfit is the Somedays Lovin Mist Rib Split Midi Dress. A high split knit dress with a high neck and thin straps, warmed up with a black denim jacket and boots for Autumn.
The second outfit is two Somedays Lovin pieces, the Eldora Smock Dress worn as a top, paired with the Ode Ice Denim Skirt. I love the details on the smock dress and felt like it worked perfectly with brown suede lace up details and the flattering seams of the denim mini.
The navy blue suede Keep Up Dress by Paint It Red its entirely a wrap piece. I recently wore it in this blog post draped over a Paint It Red skirt as a cape. This dress is smart but short enough to be worn on warmer days. The v-neck reminds me of a womens blazer, where the rest of the dress is smooth and flows with the breeze. It's definitely a dress you want to tie up tightly!
If you can't already tell, I'm loving anything that wraps around and ties up this season. A few of my outfits on Instagram already show that I might be slightly obsessed with the casual/smart look. The Paint It Red Say Something Dress is the perfect example of feeding this obsession! Along with a v-neck and a high-thigh split, this dress is also glittery! When I wore it, the dress was shimmering gold flecks in the afternoon sun.
Wrap pieces can be simple to style with a few accessories and a good pair of shoes. Co-ordinating these pieces brings the whole outfits together.
